Savoring Christmas
I cannot believe it is already November 3rd. Christmas is so close on the horizon.
Christmas is absolutely my favorite time of year. You know, the name of my blog, b-licious–is all about living life in a delicious fashion, savoring every moment. The part of life to most savor is time spent with family and friends.
And there is no better time to do this. Plus, now, with the kids, it makes things all that more special. Moments celebrated with each other under the Christmas tree while the kids are opening their kids. It’s a feeling that is nearly indescribable even though I am trying to describe it right now.
In Where Will I do My Christmas Shopping, my boy was talking about the best place to shop online. To me, the key is to buy Christmas gifts online. You absolutely save so much money when you do this.
I would say on average you save at least 25% off of the things that you buy online. If you are talking about high-ticket items that amounts to grand savings.
Right now, I am investigating some gifts to buy for the kids. With these gifts, I like to get a look at them in the store and then go from there.
If the store can match the price online, I will go with them because this is only fair. I first saw the item there so I will buy it there.
However you choose to buy your Christmas gifts, remember to savor Christmas. It’s absolutely the best time of the year with family and friends!
